All those several messuages or buildings near to or adjoining the said house on the west side of Mill Street Recital: The said several messuages occupied by a tenant to 1 for and during the residue to a term of 63 years granted by the four governors of the parish church of St Mary by indenture of lease 23 September 1731 to Robert Erle, by whom the several messuage were erected on ground where other buildings stood but were consumed by fire.
